Notice is hereby given that the request by Meridian Land Services for Phillip & Suzanne Bolduc for a Special Exception to Article 10.4 Septic Setback of the Hancock Zoning Ordinance has been granted based on testimony and plan provided that the applicant met all five conditions that are required for an area variance. Applicant is proposing to locate a septic system closer than 125 feet from wetlands. Property is located on Tax Map U10. Lot 9 on 2 Middle Road in the Rural/Agricultural District.
